blood sugar was 600after dinner, then to 175 in 2 hours …?

I have cystic fibrosis related diabetes still produces insulin, but the pancreas has scars that makes it less effective. I had a big dinner because i hadnt eaten much all day because I was busy. I measured my sugar blood 15 minutes after dinner and it was over 600, did not even know my meter reading. I felt good, that was weird. I just had to pee 3 times in 2 hours but I was 175. False reading, perhaps?
